So yea, I'm leaving for Australia on the 11th and would reach adelaide on the 12th... I've always thought going overseas would be much... less.. complex.. than this. I mean it might be because of the short notice and all... I was actually planning to enroll for the july intake but in the end I was actually eligible and feb intake were still open so yea I ended up enrolling for feb on such short notice.. It was amazing how I manage to get everything together.
First off, starting from the day I had to hand in the bank draft. It was.. hectic. I took the draft and my mom called to tell me she gave me the wrong copy. So I drove back. Then when I reached college AGAIN, Ms Jeanetta told me the bank draft was registered to the wrong NAME. FML So I went home again, drove my mom to the bank in petaling, then we couldn't do anything so we drove all the way to shah alam.. got it done by 4.15 and drove back to college. FMLL Wow.. that was one hell of a day I tell you.
So then stage 1 is done. I got my COE the day after and applied for my visa. Amazingly the visa part was the easier.. even the air tickets were waaaay harder. asdhkfj! Maybank was giving me hell and I had to do so much things to activate my card online and seriously like come on.. then so I got my flight tickets sorted out..
And right up until now the one left is..
ACCOMMODATION.
Like seriously.. I thought the australians would be much more efficient than out Malaysian style "i'll get back to you" and I'm reaching on the 12th and yet I stil have not yet receive a word. I am so freaking worried now.. *sigh* Accommodation is SUCH.AN.ASS
